About ecer129.com
A plain-English reference to UN Regulation No. 129, written from the regulation text and maintained by a child car seat manufacturer.
Why this site exists
R129 is a long, technical document. Buyers, retailers and parents searching for answers often find only fragments. We make child car seats and work with the regulation every day, so we wrote the reference we wanted to have: organised by topic, with paragraph numbers, and with the numbers kept exact.
